Bankfoot Technical and Quality Limited was established by Neil Stephenson in April 2018. The business is based upon the experience, training and qualifications gathered over the years. This includes:
- 7 years in chilled food distribution,
- 13 years in retail technical management of delicatessen and dairy chilled food products, 1
- 7 years technical and quality management of fresh and frozen foods in national wholesale,
- the implementation of several BRCGS Food, Storage and Distribution quality systems for a number of operations.
Product category experience is broad, covering a range of categories during many years;
Dairy – Cheese (Territorial, Continental), Fresh, Sterilised and UHT Milk, Cream, Yoghurt, Crème Fraiche, Eggs (Shell and liquid).
Delicatessen – Savoury Bakery, Bacon, Cooked Meats, Charcuterie, Fresh Pasta, Pizza, Salads & Coleslaw
Fresh Meats – Poultry, Beef, Lamb and Pork.
Breads – Fresh, Part Bake, Artisan,
Neil is an IRCA certificated Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor, he holds RSPH HACCP Level 4, Highfield Level 3 Award in Delivering Training and is a Member of the Institute of Food Science and Technology.
